Terms of Service

§1. General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for the provision of mobile car service by OlejNaMiejscu.pl, based in Wrocław, Tax ID (NIP): 899 296 25 38 (hereinafter: the “Provider”), via the website olejnamiejscu.pl.
§2. Scope of services
The Provider delivers mobile service jobs for passenger vehicles, including in particular: oil and filter changes, battery replacement, air conditioning service, tyre fitting and computer diagnostics. The full scope of services is available at /uslugi/.
§3. Booking and scheduling a visit
A visit is booked via the form available on the website, by phone or by email. After receiving a request, the Provider confirms the appointment within 1 business hour. The Provider reserves the right to change the appointment for reasons beyond its control (e.g. weather conditions, a company vehicle breakdown) — in which case the client will be notified immediately.
§4. Prices and payment
Labour prices are listed in the price list at /cennik/. The cost of parts (oil, filters, battery) is determined individually based on the vehicle specification and given to the client before work begins. Payment is made after the service in cash or by transfer. A VAT invoice is issued on request.
§5. Client obligations
The client is obliged to provide correct vehicle details (make, model, year of manufacture, engine capacity) and the service address. The client ensures access to the vehicle at the agreed time. If there is no access to the vehicle or it is moved without notice, the Provider may charge a call-out fee.
§6. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to the email address given at /kontakt/ or by phone, within 7 days of the date of service. The Provider handles complaints within 14 business days.
§7. Protection of personal data
Clients’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /polityka-prywatnosci/.
§8. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the website.
